At QUICKPLAY, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if any product doesn't meet your performance standards, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in their original packaging and in new, resalable condition to qualify.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Gear

  Securely pack the sports equipment in its original box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned equipment, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
